A specification-led conversation

OEM enquiries

Custom production of peptide active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates, focused on synthesis and purification. Scope, quality standards and responsibilities are agreed for each project.

Start with the specification you already have.

ZGpeptide provides custom peptide API and intermediate production focused on synthesis and purification. Terminal formulation filling and packaging are outside this OEM service scope.

Before work begins, the product stage, processes performed by ZGpeptide and responsibilities of the customer or other partners are agreed.

What to include in your OEM brief.

The following are suggested enquiry inputs, not a list of confirmed production services.

Product identity

State the product name and any reference specification you already hold.

Target specification

Include your required nominal specification and the test documents you want to discuss.

Quantity and packaging

Describe the quantity, container or pack format, and any label requirements you want assessed.

Destination and schedule

Provide the destination and your requested schedule. Availability and delivery timing are not confirmed.

Production scope and cooperation boundaries

Solid- and liquid-phase synthesis routes cover conventional linear peptides and selected modified peptides. Scale-up progresses from laboratory processes towards kilogram-scale and larger production, subject to the agreed project and quality standards.

Quality control

Content, purity, related substances and residual solvents are included in the agreed testing scope; a COA accompanies delivery.

Documentation

DMF supporting information or a quality document package is provided according to the target market and project agreement. This is not a claim of registration or certification.

A suggested sequence for the discussion.

These steps organize an enquiry. They are not a production workflow, a quotation commitment or a promised delivery schedule.

  1. Share the brief

Describe the product, specification, quantity and packaging request.

  2. Identify the open questions

List the technical documents and supply terms that still need confirmation.

  3. Discuss possible next steps

Clarify what can be evaluated before any order or production decision.

Agree the quality and document package

Confirm the required analyses, acceptance criteria, COA and any market-specific supporting documents before ordering. The supplied report collection is available independently on the Products page; it does not establish a match to a particular order or batch.

Purchasing and supply conditions

MOQ is confirmed separately for the product stage and specification and stated in the quotation.

Products are generally supplied as lyophilized powder in glass vials or tubes, with custom aliquoting available. Packaging and any light, temperature or inert-gas requirements are confirmed with the quotation and product documentation.

Lead time depends on sequence complexity, purity requirements, production scheduling and documentation. Standard research peptides are generally delivered within several weeks; custom or GMP-related project schedules are assessed separately. The order confirmation controls the agreed delivery date.

First orders use an agreed advance payment and balance arrangement. Longer-term terms may be agreed under a framework contract.

These statements are not a fixed offer. MOQ, packaging, delivery and payment follow the quotation or supply agreement confirmed by both parties. Availability and timing are not promised before technical assessment.

Discuss an OEM requirement.

Do you accept customer-supplied materials?

Yes. The material specification, acceptance and project responsibilities are agreed before processing.

Do you provide formulation filling or terminal sterilization?

No. ZGpeptide can recommend formulation partners it has audited; the scope is agreed for the project.

Do you develop formulations from scratch under OEM?

No. Formulation development enquiries should use the ODM route.

Can every peptide sequence be produced?

No. Long-chain or complex peptides, special modifications and demanding purity requirements require technical assessment. Unfeasible requests will be identified.
