A research-objective-led conversation

ODM enquiries

Project-specific peptide sequence or formulation development, with agreed responsibilities from requirement definition and design through samples, process development and delivery.

Define the research question before the deliverable.

For ODM projects, ZGpeptide undertakes the agreed research and development work. The service chain is tailored to the project, with customer inputs and responsibilities agreed at each stage.

Give the discussion a clear starting point.

Share only the information needed to describe the enquiry. Do not include confidential sequences, patient information or sensitive research data in this preview form.

Research objective

Describe the objective and the kind of support you want to discuss.

Existing product information

Identify any product or reference specification already under consideration.

Validation expectations

List the documents or evidence you would need to evaluate a possible next step.

Requirements and constraints

State requested quantities, packaging, destination and timing as requirements, not as confirmed service terms.

A project-specific development pathway

  1. Requirement definition

ZGpeptide reviews the application, regulatory pathway and initial feasibility. The customer confirms the target market, specifications, budget and timing.

  2. Sequence or formulation design

Sequence suggestions, modification strategy and an initial synthesis route are developed. Intellectual property and available biological or stability data are reviewed together.

  3. Samples and small-scale work

Milligram-to-gram samples and initial purity/content testing support customer feedback and a scale-up decision.

  4. Process development and scale-up

Synthesis and purification are optimized and key process parameters established. Batch size and quality standards are agreed.

  5. Quality studies and documentation

Initial analytical methods, a COA and supporting documentation are prepared to the agreed scope. The customer confirms the registration strategy and document list.

  6. Batch delivery

Production, agreed testing, packaging and shipment follow the contract and agreed acceptance points.

Quality information and customer decisions

Required analyses, COA and market-specific supporting documents are agreed for each project. Document support does not itself establish a regulatory approval or a registered product.

Customer participation includes target specifications, available research data, sample feedback, agreed batch size, quality criteria and final acceptance.

Technical and intellectual-property boundaries

No commitment is made that every sequence can be developed. Long-chain, cyclic, multiply modified or demanding pharmaceutical-grade peptides require technical assessment.

Independently developed platform processes belong to ZGpeptide. Ownership of project-specific sequences and formulations is agreed by contract.

MOQ is confirmed separately for the product stage and specification and stated in the quotation.

Products are generally supplied as lyophilized powder in glass vials or tubes, with custom aliquoting available. Packaging and any light, temperature or inert-gas requirements are confirmed with the quotation and product documentation.

Lead time depends on sequence complexity, purity requirements, production scheduling and documentation. Standard research peptides are generally delivered within several weeks; custom or GMP-related project schedules are assessed separately. The order confirmation controls the agreed delivery date.

First orders use an agreed advance payment and balance arrangement. Longer-term terms may be agreed under a framework contract.

These statements are not a fixed offer. MOQ, packaging, delivery and payment follow the quotation or supply agreement confirmed by both parties. Availability and timing are not promised before technical assessment.

Discuss an ODM requirement.

Who performs the development work?

ZGpeptide undertakes the development work within the agreed project scope.

Who owns the project intellectual property?

Platform process ownership and the ownership of customer-specific sequences or formulations are distinguished in the agreement.

Unsure whether OEM or ODM applies?

Submit the specification or research objective so the appropriate route and required inputs can be discussed.
